Before contacting me, you should have ideally read my T.O.S. to clear a few things up, but if anything remains unclear, just ask.
Just contact me on whatever platform I am active, but Discord is preferred (most active). Just message me once you notice I have accepted your friend request.
General reminder to poke me if I fail to respond within 24+ hours, as I sometimes forget to respond after a long day of work. Apologies.
No need to small talk (unless you want to). You can come straight to the point, voice your wishes, or show an artwork and ask what style/cost it would be — or if I can do something alike. A link or picture to your character helps.
We'll discuss all the details. I usually only decline a commission if it's impossible for me to draw (e.g. complex anatomy, architecture, or too tight deadline).
Payment must be made upfront, or at least a week before I reach your slot on my to-do list. Otherwise, you'll be skipped until payment. Payment is usually through PayPal invoices.
You can request a refund at any time (see more details in my T.O.S.).
Once it's your turn on my to-do list, I'll begin. I send WIPs only if requested, or if I need reassurance.
When the artwork is finished, you'll receive the original file without watermark. If you want a version with watermark too, just ask. I may upload the artwork to social media (sometimes later).
Minor edits can still be made. Bigger changes may require extra payment. Be sure to clarify everything upfront.
Please save all artworks. While I do store them too, I can't guarantee the original file will always survive if my PC and backups fail.

If I accept the commission, you will be added to my To-Do List. Payment will happen right before I start, so the kit needs to be shipped to me a bit earlier than that, I will contact you once you can ship it, unless you want to give your proxy service my address, which will ship it directly to me and I will store it for you then.Custom duties you will need to pay as well in that specific case.
If you cannot pay on that day (life circumstances), you will be skipped until you can, or be put at the bottom of the list, depending what works for you.
Refund
Full Refund: only possible if I have not started yet.Partial Refund: and how much depending how far I have gotten with your commission.No refund: if the paintjob is finished.
If you don't want to commission me after all, but the kit is already stored at my place, you still have to pay for the shipping. Time
Depends on my to-do list, I can only give you a rough guess, but usually several months, maybe a year until I can start.
No Deadlines.
Once I start & you have paid, 1-3 months. Always below 180 days.
Within 180 Days, Paypal guarantees customer protection, after that time, no chargebacks possible. — I will finish your commission before that Limit, this goes for Digital Art & Garage Kits. That is why, I'll not ask for prior payment if my to-do is too full, due to the long waiting time.

Shipping
Shipment is always via DHL from my side. This includes tracking.Local: The cheapest shipping, around 7+ EUR in Germany.EU: Around 16+ EUR inside the European Union.Worldwide: If the package needs to be send outside the EU, I need to fill out a form with the value of the commission (what you paid) and only that can be refunded if the package gets lost. This case has luckily not happened yet, but at the same time I cannot tell how reliable DHL is, but it will certainly take months, and chance exists you may get nothing back. So this is one of those other big risks you take via commission me and shipping something to me & me back to you.
Pricing can change if DHL changes pricing again.
USA: Due to tariffs and DHL being lazy, I can only send via Express, which can cost around 150 EUR. Alternatively as gift (50 eur), but if the package gets lost, no refund possible. Waiting for Updates.
Pricing
100 - 600 EUR. Depends on the condition, from a mold or 3D-printed, parts number, scale/size, complexity, water decals or handpainted, special wishes. Also the time I have to spend on it, and material costs.
Protection: I use foam, which is not cheap either, usually around 25+ Eur, but such material you can also provide to me, when you ship the kit to me first. Cheaper methods like bubble wrap (+ 0 Eur, got enough stored) is also possible but only advised by simple kits, with nothing too thin with high risk of breaking.
Base: If not included in the kit, an acryl base usually costs around 10 Eur or more with shipping, again something you can also provide to me if you ship the kit to me. Wood is also possible, just had less luck to find ones. Some shops offer acryl bases with special effects or different sculpts. I can also paint on the base to give it color, or decorate it.
Repairs
If anything arrives broken, I offer free repairs, but shipment needs to be paid by the customer.
Alternatively, I can always offer tips how to fix it yourself, if you want to save on shipping but not on materials.
If something breaks later through other means, like an accident, it will cost extra + shipping.
Colour Accuracy
With my Phone I take all photos, which sadly means I can never show accurate color, but also because we use different monitors. Sometimes I will filter pictures, trying to show the color I see in reality.Phone Lenses are neat for wide shots, but not for close ups, due to the focal length, it can warp figures a little and make them look wonky.
FAQ
What kind of Kits do you paint?
— mainly those in an anime style, so no realism (haven't tried realistic skin methods yet) but those with a slightly realistic face are possible. Chibis I do too or animals, ideally just show me the kit.
What won't you paint?
— Minis, like Warhammer, or Gundam, simply not interested in them.
Can you repaint a kit for me?
— If it is already painted, likely no. For that you have to strip off the paint first.
Can you just paint a small part Like the eyes?
— You can ask, but likely no.
Are 18+ kits okay?
— Yes, I'm nsfw / hentai friendly.
How are kits shipped back?
— In parts, this assures they arrive more safely, especially if the kit has thin / fragile parts. I use a mix of metal pins and magnets, depending what works best and offers best stability. Some parts I also glue later together, to make the building process easier. Example: Legs & Shoes. Of course you can voice wishes, but usually I will try what works best.
What if there are two body parts or more?
— Obviously nothing will be glued there, so you can switch them, like the faceplates, or a different outfit.
Can you paint this kit again?
— Only if I like the kit, otherwise I rather not do kits twice, especially when they were really difficult.
Cases
Scam Case: People who commission me for the first time and have those worries, especially for a Garage Kit Commission, since it needs to be shipped. My artist reputation is more worth to me than any expensive Commission. I am not dependant on your money, I have a full-time job and it's just a nice extra income.Hacked Case: It did not happen yet, but to some of my customers or friends at times, when I got weird messages, please notify me on any of my other social media or e-mail, in case I have not noticed yet. — If you are hacked, account deleted or I cannot reach or find you anymore, please check my to-do list, I'll write a note there to please contact me anywhere else.
Worst Case: If you notice no updates on any of my social media for more than 3 months. And I don't respond to your messages and several reminders. —
Reviews
You could either check my Ebay Reviews, or go on myfigurecollection.net, where some were left in the comments. On Etsy I have no reviews, since all Commissions were paid via Paypal Invoices.

Taxes (WIP)
Due to Germany's / EU's Laws, I need to ask you to share your address nowadays, just so our Tax Office knows, I did those commissions for real people and not committing tax fraud.When you earn a certain amount of money, you have to document it, like any other business / shop. That I also sell stuff over on ebay was the main reason for this change.You can even give me a fake address/name if you feel more comfortable then. Not like I'll know either.If anyone wonders, since I have not asked anyone yet, how I list those bills in my tax program. I do it with your Paypal Name + e-mail address, since I have no other info. But I definitely need to add full addresses eventually....
Refund

IMPORTANT ! — about Revisions.
unless specifically requested, my standard way is that there will be no WIPs sent throughout the drawing process.Since I work full-time, I've not as much time for art anymore, so I have developed this preference to talk all details out beforehand and one day deliver the finished piece, once it's your turn on my todo list. I like working without waiting for approval for every step. If you like some artistic freedom, or well surprises. I'm your artist.
If you prefer to be involved in the process to avoid any errors, a pose you may not like after all, please mention this beforehand. That you would like to see WIPS (work in progress - pictures).
Revisions / WIPs: If you want to be part of the process, tell me beforehand! — Then I will send WIPs, it will just slow my progress down, that's all. In the meantime I may start a different commission while awaiting approval.Sometimes I send WIPs myself (even if you have not requested them), because I may need to ask something for clarity or simply for approval (just to be extra sure) to continue with the way I went.
Major revisions: are acceptable during sketch and lineart update phase, if you requested WIPs. But once the artwork is fully finished, any big changes will cost an additional fee.Minor revisions: like missing accessories, adjusting colours, adding small details, cost no additional fees during the progress or once it is finished, because errors on my part can always happen.
Feel free to scribble on my art, if it helps explaining what exactly needs to be changed.
Make sure to provide proper references, like when I just see one half of the character, I'll think its a symmetrical design. If your character has specific anatomical traits, which are not properly shown or mentioned on the Ref Sheet, please mention these too. Feel free to mention common mistakes.
Time
Depends on my to-do list, I finish at least one piece each weekend, so just check my todo, and count how many people.
Example: If you are below 4 people, then you will most likely receive it in 4-5 weeks.

Pricing
No set prices, rather a "starts at" price, as some characters or wishes are more complex than others.Pricing is decided once all your wishes are voiced and it's mostly based on my feeling how much longer this drawing may take, meaning it's not consistent either. Like you could let me draw the same commission again a year later and it might be cheaper or more expensive, because I might remember this or that was easier or harder to draw.
Example 1: Icon of a white Wolf, no special wishes: 25 EUR

These are examples, even if your OC fits any case now, this is no guarantee it is that exact price now. Just there to give you a feeling about the possible price increase, that it does not go into the hundreds all of sudden. But since I had some really unique cases / wishes now, it was easier to set no max price, just a starting price.
Additional Characters: double the base price. Depending on the pose/interaction and how much is hidden, it can be less. Tiny animals (like bunnies, birds, butterflies) def will cost less and count as decoration.
Art Style
My main art style is: Semi-RealismIt can look a bit paint-like with thick brush strokes here and there, and I enjoy playing with colours, make the art piece pop a bit more if it fits.
My style will change through time, it’s not consistent. So some examples might be a bit outdated.If you desire a super specific art style, feel free to mention it or show me the artwork, where I might tried something differently.

I've started this hobby at the end of 2023, I'm no full professional yet and may never be and that is fine, I mostly will only paint kits I like, because they cost so much of my free time (& I have a full-time job), and still want to paint some kits for myself, which is why I can allow myself to be picky.So if you are a big perfectionist, you may want to look elsewhere, but if you like my current works and are aware that handpainted works can be rarely perfect, then feel free to message me. I enjoy customers who are fine with some minimal artistic freedom, like trusting me which shade of blue (for example) fits best, and because I can never guarantee to mimic the prototype to 100% as I have not always the access to the same paints or methods. But it is always my goal to get as near as possible.

Varnish (Mr Hobby), Brass rods, magnets, sanding paper / sponges (various brands), various files, electric tools, masking tape (Tamiya), Mr Tool Cleaner, Isopropyl, Nail Art Deco, Glitter & rhinestones, UV Resin, Putty (various brands), steel rods, acryl rods, degreaser, real jewelry, chains, etc ... so you get an idea of the costs as well, considering how much is required.Time: Depends on work and my schedule, so hard to measure, when I have vacation I can be faster, but lets roughly say 1-3 months after payment.Garage-Kits: You have to buy them and ship them to me, either from your home, or from the proxy if you used one (let it be send directly to me).
Process
A Garage Kit requires far more work than just painting alone.
You have to sand the kit as it usually got mold lines, or print lines (if 3D-printed) which you have to sand down so the surface is smooth again. Some kits got airbubbles or other issues which need to be filled with putty and smoothed down too.
Then these kits need to be washed with degreaser, otherwise the paint won't stick to the surface.
So the kit keeps itself together, metal pins / rods are required and or magnets, whatever works best depending on the pieces. Most also require a base, where acryl plates are mostly used. Wood works too.
Once all is smooth is pinned, the kit can be primed (which is required for the paint to stick) and during that stage some airbubbles can be seen better or other flaws, which need to be fixed again, before a new primer layer can be added.
Then finally, once all is smooth, the painting can start and depending on the kit's design, masking with tape can be required too, if there are more different colors on a single piece, like a skirt with stripes. Everything needs to be protected with varnish, which can be matt, satin or glossy, whatever fits best. Like skin is matt, Latex Boots glossy.
For the eyes there are either water decals included, or they have to be handpainted, where I personally use the enamel method.
Usual Procedure
Contact me. (& Ideally read my TOS before). Show a prototype picture of the kit, or myfigurecollection.net link. Mention if you have any special wishes, or just like the original. Your location is important too.
If I'm interested, I'll ask for further pictures, and details of the quality. And if everything works out for me, I'll determine a rough price span. The exact price will be determined once the kit arrives, as I can check the quality myself then.
Payment will be sent right before I start.
WIP Pictures will be sent of the process. Especially in the color phase.
Once done, the figure will receive an extra drying time of 1-2 weeks, as safety measure.
The figure will be sent in parts, for safety, which you have to put together later. Sometimes I make videos, or give tips on what to watch out for.

Art Style Reminders
Generally my standard style is Semi-Realism, which can look a bit paint like with thick brush strokes.
Reminder that it is not consistent, and I have different drawing methods for feral, anthro and human.
Sketch: a messier lineart or cleaner sketch, since there won't be any guide lines, circles or the like to see. Small details can hold colour.
Lineart: actual lineart, more refined and clean but still holding my painty style. (Feral, Anthro only)
Flat: colored, no shading. (not really listed, but an option.)
Simple: a combination of a messier lineart and full colour and minimal shading. (By Anthro it's flat, though can be also more refined)
Standard: my main art style, colored and shaded, slightly playful and not as crass detailed.
Human & Anthro art can go near detailed, due to complicated outfits with many small details. By Human Art I can also go slightly more anime or realism in features, depends on your ref sheet style or your wishes.Detailed: standard style, plus you really want to see more fur details, albeit by anthro it depends on the character design.
Transparent: no background, file type is png.
Single Colour: a single colour like red, black, white etc.
(Transparent + Single Colour): like a red circle behind the Headshot, or a smaller square.
Decoration: Can be drawn simple or more detailed, like flowers, smoke, Text (Name), Element Powers, Balloons, Crystals, Stars (Realistic, or basic star shape), ... lots of possibilities.
Simple Background: can reach till to the corner, or be on a white or transparent background, like just some grass around the character. Usually drawn simpler.
Detailed Background: full scenery, and more details / rendering.

Formats: square (standard), circle (needs to be requested). By square ones exist the chance, they may not look well on websites, where just circle format possible, since the corners get cut off. But usually zooming more in could fix it.
Icons are special in the sense, you get a fully rendered drawing + background. Style fluctuations are most apparent in my Icons. Backgrounds can go from cloudy gradients, to more detailed sceneries, which depends on your wishes, or what comes to my mind if you don't specify. The size of the head in the icon can vary too, sometimes more zoomed in or out. I've the least experience with human expressions. *I've no proper examples for human art, basically Pandora's Box.

These can be drawn in a float style (popular for transparent backgrounds), or portrait style, where my linework will go till the edges of the frame.Unlike by icons, nothing will be cut off (like long ears, horns), except you have a certain composition in mind. No start-price difference (especially by feral), but depending on complexity of necklaces, accessories, outfits it's more likely to rise.

Attention: Due to my job already being time consuming enough, I can no longer do Design Commissions where we start from Zero. If you want to commission me for a Design, you need to have a very clear idea (80-100%) of what you want to have. A written description / ref sheet, or keywords, does not need to be super detailed fleshed out, basics help too.
References, Images, simple sketches, whatever helps you to show what words cannot fully describe. Bit like a mood board.
By colours, I lack vocabulary, just say blue, grey, red and if there is anything more specific, send a picture of it! If I google it, it will show me all kinds of shades of blue for example.
I'm not expecting quick answers, neither should you from me, I still have a life too or need breaks, personal time, and well timezone difference.

Ebay: I sell mostly PVC Figures (secondhand, sometimes new if I lost interest too fast), a lot of unpainted Garage Kits too, and a few I painted myself. And once in a while I sell other stuff, which is too good for the trash bin.
ACGGOODS: Is where I sell merch from my art, like stickers, prints, keychains, etc... and since it's hosted by the manufacturer (wooacry), you can not just order from a single artist but plenty and just pay shipping once. For that the pricing might be a bit higher here, since only once you order, the item will be manufactured.
You could also directly buy from wooacry, with the art you commissioned from me and turn it into anything you like.

Private Physical Prints: for that one you have to contact me, except if you have your own printer, that is ok. — But if you suddenly use a company to make some bigger print, or desire to see my artwork on your phone case, keychain (etc) for your own personal use (a one time thing), you have to contact me and you will have to pay a fee, dw it is not much, but considering I am the one, who worked on the piece the most. It is just fair.Tattoos: not by any commissioned artworks, since those characters belong to someone & they paid for it. By personal art and fanart it is possible but not for free, a small tip must be given. Just contact me.
You just found out the art your tattooist used or you randomly found on pinterest, actually was done by me and you got it tattooed without my permission??? Fact is, the theft is done. While I won't rip your skin off or anything of the like, the least you could do is contact me, and just pay a little fee / tip money for my work. Your honesty is very welcomed and I will give my blessing, so the art on your skin may feel less stolen now. Some chance exists though, you may have someone else's OC on your skin.

Origin of Snow-Body
When I joined DA in the year 2011, you could not change the name yet whenever you want, so I had to be really sure I would like it. It’s a mix of Snow leopard & the song Move your Body, because I really liked that song at that time.
